Not sure why are you concerned about gay marriage? The greens are proposing that it is optional - no one is forcing you to have a gay marriage......
Good story about people's views in the SMH - only 27% of people still think homosexuality is immoral - ranging from 45% in Capricornia in Queensland (why am I not surprised?) to 9% in inner Sydney.
We used to legally treat aborigines and women as second class citizens. About we stopped doing it for gays.
