I agree , they used optimistic commodity prices going forward , it was a very detailed PFS , however normally one says the proof is in the detail , unfortunately the detail lacked clarity ie why was the backfilling cost of $10.25 a tonne so high a proportion of the total mining cost of $35.00 a tonne and why is there no comparison with existing operators in the USA or a reference to a contractor who provides that cost ?
