Yes, I think we are on the same page, but I was basing my calculation on the capital being raised being the same e.g. raise 500m at $10 vs raising 500m at 0.80c. More shares now so more dilution for the average share holder but 20% of 500m is the same at any raising price.
KFC would be flying if Dubbo was ready like KOMIR assumed it would be.
