Apart from the short interest the company apparently does not succeed to attract any serious investor interest.
Seems a catch 22 because maybe serious investors understand that shorting will ruin their investment and so they stay out despite of the attractive story and healthy foundation.
So cuv should consider to do more efforts with the buyback and show that it really cares about obtaining a fair company valuation for shareholders
