i do to a degree but my preference is Northern Italian [Alto Adige-Sud-Tirol] on border with Suisse & Osterreich ..though Pasta Pecorino is a specialty of
Roma and excellent -- probably too much information for our forum ..but you have laugh for light relief ; AU 2480 and DTR is deeply in te other direction
