Would have done everything possible to fill the RI pricing it at 10 or 11c ?
If that failed would have raised at 8c for enough to cover flow test and 3D
Now those options are long gone, I think SM probably didn't think we'd be mid July with no PPSA signing so he probably needs to do something in the next few weeks and not let the cash balance get too dire ?
