Someone high-up needs to pick up the phone and call the supreme court. It's all very well having respect for the legal process, but the SC has now taken far more time on this case than its own guidelines claim as their norm. I also agree that we've had little in the way of updates from the company itself, whilst the media is full of stories about graphite supplies, prices, China, European EV sales etc etc. Its also the case that many of the graphite producers and wannabees are in the doldrums right now (e.g. SYR, BKT, NVX), so TLG is not exactly alone.
