    Who exactly stated the 4D was "signed off"?
    Once its signed off it must be lodged with the ASX and barring any other reasons, trading would resume on the ASX.
    Strategic reviews are not an adequate reason to remain in a trading halt.
    Given that they have lodged the last 2 4C's and the balance date for the 4D is 31st Dec2023, it should be complete but its not signed off otherwise they would of lodged it.
