I hope this message finds you all well, understandably there has been some concern regarding the transparency of information from the board regarding the progress, challenges, and future plans related to the HyEnergy project & the obstacles presented by the Western Australian government.

As shareholders, it's important for us to stay informed and engaged. I encourage you to reach out to Mr Frances on +61400080074 or [email protected] with any questions or inquiries you may have regarding recent activities, some including, the status of the pre-feasibility study, the process of gaining the EPA approval and/or other pertinent matters.

One particular area of interest for me us understanding what steps we, as shareholders, can take to engage with the relevant government officials responsible for facilitating and providing tenure for the land at the proposed HyEnergy site.
Networking and communicating with these officials could potentially help accelerate progress.
Hopefully some noise will create a conversation & prompt some action for the relative authorities.
Personally, I will be calling David in the effort to obtain an email, phone number, office address or name of relevant officials in an attempt to advocate for our interests and support the project's advancement, now is the time to make our voices heard collectively.

If we work together maybe we can ensure we are well-informed and actively involved in the future of the HyEnergy project.
