I have no intention of reading the CEO's latest 'novel'. A 71 minute read!

IMO the CEO should write a 'novel' on why FLN (MC: US$64M) has underperformed FVRR (MC: US$978M) and UPWK (MC: US$1.6B) and what needs to be done to turn around and grow its businesses. Present it to the recently strengthened Board for its consideration.
Then shock the market by outperforming its competitors.
Alternatively, FLN could hire a new CEO. After all, the incumbent has been CEO for over a decade now, revenue growth has been flat for a number of years and FLN's SP is less than half its IPO price of 50c. Given he owns ~ 40% of FLN would make this option difficult unless he reaches that conclusion himself.
