How much will the many millions of short term back up batteries cost?
They will have a short term life span. They will cost $Billions, need recycling, care, maintenance and will be susceptible to massive fires.
They can only ever provide back up power fora number of hours providing the sun shines and the wind blows to charge them.
How much will the new transmission infrastructure cost?
There are many unanswered questions that the mad Bowen either doesn't know or won't reveal. I suspect the former.
