I think the US (and probably everyone else) is going to throw in the towel on fighting inflation and try and inflate their debt away. Good for precious metals (and bitcoin), which I think we all favour, but we still have to pay capital gains tax. It's no way to run an economy and a lot of people will feel a lot of pain. I wonder who they will take it out on.

A multi-generational shift in attitude to debt is on the cards.
