Hey champ, I think the performance bonus for AF and co are in the line below (Equity-settled share-based payments). Typically this line item contains on-costs like super, payroll tax, leave accruals and so on. and in this case directors fees which are crystal clear in the directors/rem report. I think you need some help to try and understand the financial statements.
