I haven't kept as close to the H&K side of things so I probably don't have the best read on the ANN. It's a positive that they have a binding offtake for a decent amount of their future production, but as is always the story with developers - funding is the crucial piece of the puzzle (same for Colina).

Do you know what form their funding is likely to take (if they can get it)?

As for Cloud 9 - I'm not sure what will happen to it - it's not like a big lithium deposit which can attract M&A (zero chance ADN will take it off our hands when they can barely get funding for their own assets). I assume Cloud 9 is going to sit there until the IPO market can support it being spun out?
