Personally I would factor in a 50% reduction to the target share price, due to anticipated dillution of advent to get further funding for future drilling. Might even be more. Either way the price targets still look good. Future raisings would be needed to fund future holes, plus production facilities and piping to the mainland.
I think free-carried interest is the best option for everyone in the event of anyone like the the Indians wanting in.
