Hi Rota the PLL OTA has a floor as well as a ceiling which is $US500 to $US900t (6%Li20), so will follow the market in that range , it currently sits around $US800t for 5.5%Li20.
The bottom line is whoever we sell it to it has to be at or above the cost of production and thats in the interests of both parties in the JV.
