What also know is that Gemcorp have identified the potential from a small cash injection to the Lindi Jumbo plant that will boost it’s total production from 40ktpa to 50ktpa with zero cash injection and then onto 60ktpa with minimal cash injection. What does Gemcorp know that we don’t in order for Lindi Jumbo to potentially boost production and sales by 50% even at commissioning phase. We know Gemcorp are inline for highly lucrative cash sweeps if this takes place. This leads me to the dispensations Gemcorp have allowed WKT in order for this to happen as quickly as possible from Lindi Jumbo sales alone. With first payments on Gemcorp’s loan facility now not required until December 31 with Gemcorp now taking cash sweeps above US$3mil instead of US$5mil to reduce debt.as a trade off. Cash sweeps are used to pay down debt untill it is finalised, only then will cash sweeps go directly to Gemcorp. WKT now has the ability to pay US$5mil to Gemcorp’s to remove those final cash sweeps with Lindi Jumbo’s plant improvements to 60ktpa. Win win. All this can also be achieved through refinancing that can take place any time after July 4th. Refinancing was another thing fake news said wasn’t possible. Their list grows every day.
