Opinion.
Will anything progress in Vic mining, before the State current admin changes/is voted out? Is the company perhaps not prepared to pay the "tithing" (bribes, royalties, consent fees, etc) no doubt being demanded by admin & indigenous interests to clip the ticket. It may be better just to sit tight and see them out?
The gold assets aren't going anywhere.
