Obviously now by the Quarterly DB is leveraging the Enviro Report against AnAl and crew to approve Pep11 in the ST, it’s certainly not the O&G sector norm to do a Enviro report before the Exploration License being granted, but it does certainly paint AnAl and crew, NSW state into a corner of Approval following there recent statements regarding Nat Gas supply in Oz.

Once the Enviro report is dropped by DB in the ST the approval process for Pep11 Exploration is going to get very dynamic, with AnAl and crew having no option but to approve Pep11 for Exploration or simply BUY back the license with a price tag maybe in the billions if we value it at a fraction of Pep11 EV on a successful exploration campaign of 6TCF Nat Gas East Coast Oz imo.

Bring it on DB, and Hurry and finish the Environmental Report Klarite $$&&
