Take the point the reduction in EBIT. It’s not clear how that could happen given the margin is about the same and sales have only dropped by 8%. Either fixed costs have gone up dramatically which wouldn’t make sense either or there has been an impairment of some type. I can only assume it is a non cash impairment which is no big deal given the current share price.
I think the key here is CASH! Up over $4m with $20m closing cash balance. At this price the dividend return looks amazing. Looking forward to seeing the final results next month.
