Coming from an asset integrity and site management lens, I always have enjoyed the way Rick challenges the "unanswered questions" to Management before investing. i.e. Don't sell me whatever narrative you've got, tell me what you don't know and how you will overcome this. Then he ensures good management teams are in place to take to asset through to production.
big win here. Not to mention the horde of investors that follow him like ppl do Warren
