The 15th of July was the date required by the ASX for written submission. D Day is end of the month (29/7), the difference being time for ASX to assess, and determine if the response is satisfactory. If they hadn't suitted, then would be suspended now. And no they don't have to release that response, it will be release woth the ASX reply. It'll come down to whethe IMOr ASX believes KOR has sufficiently complied with Rule 12.1.
Future funding will be up in the air until the listing issues are sorted.
