The niavety in here is unreal.
The institutions work hand in glove with each other.
The company needs to raise money, they discuss it with institutions, a coordinated pumping exercise ensues with their media mates and and then they short from the end of the pump.
The floor price has already been agreed some 20-30 percent from the top.
Then the trading halt comes and it lokks like only a small discount.
The retail mugs are suckered in once again with FOMO
The cheap shares institutions have bought at a 30 percent discount are then used as a guaranteed stop loss for further shorting
