All here in CCC know my position on option... I am all for it if it is linked to SP and not with with MC as it stand,however to get the best you need to spend, however we should have check and balance in this spending, i strongly believe that if you r not strong the board will not care much also in its present form majority of the share holders r retail investor i bet you if we had a stronger top 20 shareholder holding more the 50% CCC option would be based towards SP then MC..... Mihal that is reason we should be very careful of rewarding management and have blind faith....
