This doesn't indicate to me a new facility, but rather they have packaged up their one/more of the trusts or warehouse facilities and just a securitisation or perhaps rollover.
The benefit is likely to be that the credit quality of the loans are likely to be much better than what they have had in the recent past, so perhaps the margin for MME has improved and there may be additional headroom to offer more loans and start growing
