This announcement does nothing for the market because the key question is what is the quality of CTT's revenue and earnings?
Companies can grow earnings and revenue at will, through discounting or acquisitions. What matters is the long term quality of the business rather than the short term financial metrics. This announcement does little to address the markets' key concerns.
I'm not optimistic about China launch given that established brands are having issues with China, Hong Kong sales.
