Can dino man lodge any obstruction of justice claim to these SC muppets given the timeframe they are presiding over and the impact its having on the company. Absolute garbage that Talga cannot have its day in court with this open ended timeframe and zero accountability for the fallout by the SC.
Everyone else has the chance to intervene with their objections and even submit them late but the company who is most affected by it has to just sit there and wear the risks and loss in value. Completely flies in the face of all the policy from EU and the article above. Time for some heavy hitters to step in with Dino man and shake the tree if they aren't already.
