I don't think many people would put themselves in a situation in which they would be forced to let the options lapse - they'd be taking a pretty huge % loss by doing so.
I think the issue here is that people are becoming increasingly concerned about a lack of news from the company; to see it reach .48 with promising market depth and then retreat to current levels with significantly reduced demand from buyers would have many people on edge.
At the moment I'm pretty happy holding though - the upside potential is too good to miss out on in my opinion.
