The way this has been trading for the last few weeks is that someone doesn't want it to rise but also doesn't want it to fall. Wants it to trade in the 49-51c range.
Why?
Accumulating? But must be from a less than 5% holder. Otherwise, there would be an announcement of buying or selling.
What can it be?
