in the main I'g agree with your theory, but as there needs to be a vote on the balance of 157m shares @ 10cents (on dec 13), its hard to see any big announcement before that date.

But, If there was an ann before the GM, and it was for good news, then the 10 cent placement would look rather cheap, and rightfully the shareholder would be urinated off.

IMO I think the people who bought the 43m shares just recently are creating some volunme ATM and selling into this rally.

Just my thoughts.
