if you go by the NPV average, Hawthorne's 20% is worth $230M, 10 times current SP. If it is a buy out, hopefully dividend most of that and we are all richer.
If Hawthorne and Legacy both trade out some skin as the cost of continuing, then neither gets an influx of cash, both get a reduction in %, but hopefully the sp will grow to match each company's share of the NPV.
