We are better off suffering dilution than being rogered by a large company .
Mal is dead against royalty funding as it too essentially gives away the upside.
JV's are a nightmare and Mal is also opposed to them.
So, we will likely retain 100% of everything and suck it up when asked to kick the can again.
Share consolidation is largely irrelevant except for optics.
It is the MC that matters.
Limon alone could have an NPV of more than $1 Billion.
So cut that figure in half, then do it again and get a valuation of say $250m.
With 4 billion shares on issue, that still gets us to about 6-7c and puts no value on El Palmar and Verde Chiko.
Let me tell you, I would be happy again if we got to 6c in the next 12 months!
Patrick would be over the moon as all his freebies would vest.
Mal would also be happy as he has circa 50m shares up his sleeve and more freebies on the way.
Yep, it all seems a bit wishful, but not impossible by any means.
Fingers crossed that the Limon drilling results live up to expectations.
