    Visually it appears to be 3rd wave for a human. For an algorithm with a decent trading system it would only appear to be the second (still fantastic). An EMA buy crossover while MACD is above zero is (from a FOREX perspective) a very strong buy signal, 2nd EMA buy crossover stronger and a 3rd (rare as hell) extremely strong. Understanding that shares are more fundamentals...I have to agree with trader_10's observations, it's very positive. IVZ now has the attention of fundamental traders and algo traders.
