A few considerations;

1. Definitely there is no retail component. The question has already been asked. Maybe down the track (years), on larger capital raise for expansion. Also wastes time..

2. Instos are likely not invited, or if so, will be reliable.

3. Paying overs is very logical if you want to secure a supply chain, particularly when the western world has ZERO to offer - this is what they call ‘strategic equity’

4. It follows retail won’t be offered as they don’t want to offer discounts. Why would they given our strong strategic position.
