It's not the end of the world, but PC telling someone to "f&*k off" on a public forum because they questioned his performance and whether or not ADT are keeping the market fully informed just comes across as unprofessional.
It's interesting that you make the comparison to Elon as I would similarly criticise him. More than once his public actions have damaged the brand and share prices of his companies. I'd argue he's succeeded despite his public behaviour, not because of it. Just my opinion of course!
