He mentioned a value of roughly $50m per facility. This would be the NPV, so multiply by number of facilities to get what should be a market cap if that's all they had at a point in time. In practice it would depend on size of each plant of course, and the company market cap should be that plus additional value on the assumption of additional plants. Ignoring market sentiment etc.
