1. He told me there would be an announcement about the bank account which was true. It might not have the full 10,000 million in it but i guess it was a true statement by MH.

2. He cleared up the tranche saga by stating Quantum would do tranche payments between their accounts rather than how the majority of people interpreted that Besra would receive/announce the alleged 10 million in tranche payments. Although no money eventuated I don't feel MH is to blame.

1. MH followed through on the website wording that I provided him. I only provided the one page so if it is on others let me know and I will get that changed

False Memo

1. He provided Quantum the information on the false memo which you can probably say was delivered by reading what Dato stated in the latest press release.

1. Tran stated JB was out. I asked MH and he said they were still holing 1,500,000 shares which was backed up by the T40
