Capital raises and Joel has no shame.Shareholders loose money and we could of stayed on the asx.Joel fooled us to believe that the NASDAQ was the way to go.Rich is his salary and lifestyle and we have worthless shares. legal action should be taken against him and the board.Have some shame Joel as you have no idea how to run a company and shareholders are the loosers
