Pasqual, if you don't have much to say anymore and is understandable. You must be in deep reflection and a bit lost for words I gather at how gut-wrenching things will be.

I (and most of the others) simply highlight the state of play in the property avalanche being played out.

It's those who feel uncomfortable and in denial about the hard cold reality that feel defensive and lacking in argument.

If you want feel-good stuff, just go to the fairfax property links.

If the people whom you label bears are all yawn and boring, just ignore them.

Matt, posts and personal taunts like this are the reason this place is what it is and some say what they say about the 'bears'.

I would suggest that in many cases it isn't the bear view some find unpalatable (some of the best posters are extremely bearish), it is an attitude like yours where you seem to be frothing at the mouth at the thought of a fellow poster losing money or facing hardship.

You and a few others like you seem to genuinely get off on the thought of the people you are responding to losing everything?

I could say a little something about the attitudes many 'have nots' display towards the 'haves' in society here...

It is very ugly, and this opinion of mine has nothing to do with what percentage I think property prices will increase or decline by over the next x years.

Hence this forum isn't the most enjoyable to use for anyone that does dare to actually own a property and may like to talk about it.

Whilst the state of the property market is always relevant and will be discussed, I think it is understandable that some property investors on the property forum can find the posting styles of some non property investing bears on the property forum more than irritable, regardless of their own position as a bull or bear or any other sort of animal.
