I for one have always been deeply concerned and suspicious about this bastard of a CEO's silence.

BC told minezone1000 in May that "we are finalising the Scoping Study for the development and operation of the Yellow Phosphorus Plant and will release it to the market in due course." which was kindly posted by minezone1000 on 3 June of this year. I call BS on BC's statement. IMO, he'll tell any of us anything to avoid having to come clean with what the f*** is actually going on.

Firstly, 2 of his Board just jumped ship - why? If AEV had a deal in the bag with Hebang surely things would be looking better than ever for these Board members and yet they've left the building just when game changing news is so close??? Yeah right!

Secondly, the replacement of said Board members with Hebang directors never eventuated. Very telling about how this "partnership" is progressing as far as I'm concerned.

Thirdly, Hebang has invested some $800 million for their chemical production plant in Indonesia. Now, this plant is due to be finished as soon as mid to late 2025. Supposedly Hebang want AEV's YP for their plant. With this in mind shouldn't a deal have been done by now? The longer things take makes me think will AEV be able to build their YP plant at Wonarah in time to supply Hebang by mid 2025?

Anyone thinking no news is a good sign is burying their head in the sand. Silence and good news has NEVER occurred under Brett Clark!!!

And just a few weeks back our invisible leader was sitting next to real mine developers at a breakfast about mine development when he doesn't even have a project!!!!!!!! How can you be a mine developer when you have no deal, no support, no customer and no money??? He must of been there for the champaign and strawberries, while telling everyone he has a Tier 1 resource, blah, blah blah... And before anyone says we have a partner - MOU's are weak.

This stock is now completely dubious. BC runs things under a cone of silence, informs investors of nothing and leaves everyone guessing and living in hope!

Come clean with your investors now BC! What exactly is going on in AEV land - besides your spat with 2 of your Board? You've lost the trust of many of your investors and the market overall due to your constant failure to deliver and secrecy BS.

I'll tell you all one certainty though - another f***ing CR and a consolidation beforehand to make it look less disastrous than it actually is! Gotta pay those exorbitant wages for another year while continuing to achieve SFA, right Brett and Co?

No wonder our MC has been complete s*** for ages - this company is badly run!
