watching a doco on the rise of Hitler reminded me of certain traits we see today, certain rhetorical devices, themes that separate Us from Them and encourage persecution.
of course you're right imo. all parties have adopted the Hitler model for evoking tribalist views of Other. I've noticed the Greens adopting the persecuted minority model to help them grow... successfully but look what the cat vote dragged in. increasing tribalism.
