I have been chatting with Ross and Jamie recently and I would hold on for a bit if you can. I too am extremely frustrated but this loan is actually a great thing. While it is expensive, with the attached warrants, it does have the caveat to be able to buy back shares. There is no one more keen to buy back shares than Ross. He has 5 million reasons for Kingsgate to out perform.
I would suggest that, we have financial commitments that come due in the regular course of business and that any free cash flow after that will be used in a buy back that will start in the short term. I am talking in the next two weeks.
We should make 100,000 ounces in this financial year and this should equate to AUD $130m in profit. This is less than guidance as I am being conservative.
Guidance is $2400 - $1250 = $1150 * 1.48 = $1,700 profit per ounce or AUD $170 profit.
* I also only used USD $2,400 as the gold price. * USD $1,250 AISC from cap raise documentation - this will come down with sliver credits and more so once cut back is finished in 8 months with a concomitant increase in grade from the quartz lease.
What this means is that either there is a substantial reduction in the shares on issue or there is a substantial re rate in the share price.
I think the company should be judged with what they do with the profit we make and that time is about to be on us. This is potentially a screaming buy, with the risk vs reward being the best it has ever been. (super low risk now) as any shares that you buy at $1.7 you can sell back to the company at $2.5 in the 6 months is my prediction.
I keep adding as my 10 year journey with this company looks likes it is doing final checks before finally departing into blue sky
