On the comms front, PDI is certainly significantly more frequent with it's postings of relevant news on the Twittersphere. I've not monitored their other communications efforts closely but I do notice that they are certainly fronting up to relevant resource/investment events across Africa & Aus, disseminating news through the usual resource focused media outlets. As far as retail investors are concerned, I envisage that your average mum/dad investors are becoming more aware of PDI but as they do, being a highly risk averse mob, they get spooked off because of the wait for the exploitation permit. I expect this will change extremely quickly once that aspect is laid to rest. Meanwhile, the big players are at free will to mess with the stock price, as has been occurring for the past few years. This is my take only.
