    Its hard to know what Realtek may do , but given their past actions they don't appear to be a buyer and they certainly don't appear to want to see NUH go under.
    The $2.5mln can either be paid in cash or converted to stock, I don't believe it will present as a stumbling block to any third party negotiations.
