I wonder if the lack of supply for options is starting to help the sp. Some investors were buying options perhaps instead of shares, with around 14 mill options traded in the last 1-2 weeks since they listed. Average price might have been around 1.5c with the price now at 2.2c.
1.5c x 14mill = $210,000. If that went into the shares instead, at an average 5.3c, it would have been 4 million shares.
It may be that some of that was not new money but rotation out of shares and into options but that would also have dampened the sp.
Now things have changed a bit because there are almost no options to buy at current levels. If investors can't buy options then they might buy the shares instead. Also if they can't rotate out of shares to buy options because the are no options to buy, then that reduces the selling pressure on the shares from anyone that may have been doing that rotation.
It would probably be good for the sp now if the options remain hard to buy.
