you have said a couple of times that Kimberley resources agreed to pay for Admiral Bay, this is incorrect. MCT tried to spin out the zinc project and list on the Canadian exchange but failed due to lack of interest in the project (good grades but far too deep to be economic I was told at one of the AGM's a few years ago back when I held).
