They always blame the weather but the share price went down from 20c to 1c. They raised over $75 million from shareholders. The market cap is $17 million. It's not the only oil/gas company impacted by the weather.
The business model is simple IMO 1) Get the money for the wells from shareholders 2) Use the gas revenue to pay themselves 3) No dividends, No pay cuts, Yes bonuses
