So personally I think there's been an effort to push this down below 0.38, especially leading up to the end of the week. The highest weekly close has been 0.375 to date and the powers that be perhaps don't want to see a nice green candle above this area to finish of the week...
On the shorter timeframe, looks like 0.36 is the support and those selling don't want to go below this, most of the selling is happening at 0.365.
If we can rally this afternoon and close at 0.38, i think 0.40 next week will be all but done come Friday 26th.
I'm still waiting for a announcement... there will be something, more info, more detail more updates whatever, its coming imho.
