They can secure conditional financing. That is, finance subject to certain demo plant performance metrics.
LMG started the recruitment process back in April for the 3 shifts. We are now past mid july so 3 months along I would expect they should have most of these people in place if they know how to recruit.

They have lots of work to do for stage 2:

• Finance handled by Societe Generale, though accordding to DP funding is sorted.
• BFS by Bechtel
• JORC by LMG
• Approvals by LMG
• Selection of site for stage 2 by LMG though I think they are expanding the BFS to evaluate the 3 location options.

Can't see how they can obtain approvals without a firm decision on the site.
