The last trading update point to improved sales and settlement. sales have also been affected by what is available. 2 of the slower selling communities wollert and deanside possibly because they are in land. There have been a gap between the developing and sales. The management realised this. Prior to capital raising they announced that they bought a few new lands. they have also been eyeing more land to address this gap. capital raising improved their balance and their definately raised at a good price with strong backing. as more communities becomes available for sale, the sales and settlements will go up. hard to sell? wollert was bad but they sold 20 homes in 6 months based on the data. so at this stage, the performance still look pretty good.
